You are your most important asset each and every day. It is very important to remember to do the things for us that make us feel good about us. If we don't take care of ourselves, no one else will. By practicing meditation/stillness we learn to have better control over our thoughts and emotions, this helps us make good choices, and improves our overall well-being, you will  feel more connected to the world, you will start 
to feel a quiet happiness within,that you can always go too.  Meditation 
brings us home to a inner peace, giving us a more enjoyable life. Keep life 
from feeling like a whirl wind, sit down, relax and take a few deep breaths, 
practice each day and enjoy!
